we'd have to contact the webmaster at globalaccessibilitynews.com .

google images has that licensed for reuse thing....

For example, this image can be used for our purposes:

It didn't take long to do a quick search for that image to discover that while that is true the image is not subject to copyright issues however, "This work contains material which may be subject to trademark laws in one or more jurisdictions. Really the safest thing to do if a list is needed is to use totally original logos which don't feature a real airlines name (it could be trademarked).

Another thing to do is to look for public domain images - the vast majority of these are available to reuse (but not as many are licensed to edit). This (http://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Logos) page lists loads of logos which should be available to re-use.
Well the question is should we do it. Because logos will be more important in this and to have 50 airlines that use the Air Canada logo it will be confusing when looking at the arrival departure boards and other things that use logos. One idea is to have a message that would send you the logo if you made an airline that existed

I hate in CA when I see someone like KLM with the Air Canada logo.

I say again. Most of us doesn't know how to do logos or liveries. If we don´t have painters here we need any thing to help us to choose a logo. If not possible then you should make a resized square where we can put the airline name to replace the logo.
A logo should be optional, in my opinion if you want one and don't know how to make one then you should learn. There are plenty of tutorials over the net and im sure users will help anyone if needs be.
sure, there could be a logo list. But elaborating on what skifans said, it's not that hard to learn to make one. You could even make it in MS Paint!
Well another thing is, is that with some of the extra money we could sign up for a logo creator providing that we get unlimited logos. And then we could have a few people as like the logo makers and make the logos for everyone else
