Google Flights
>Users can pretend to book a flight. Say I choose a flight between YYZ-AMS, and Qantas is $1020 and ArkeFly is $712 (which the Airline CEOs can set the prices). I will probably choose
Arke, it's cheaper, then Arke can get some sort of reward whenever a users picks their flight, say $1000 in-game cash or something. Flight bookings should be limited to one a day, and people can choose the different options, First, Business, Premium Economy, Economy, Direct, Non-Stop, 1-Stop, etc.

fly-ins. If someone owned an airport then they could pay a certain amount to have a fly-in at the airport. All the airlines would get a pm about it and it gives that airport a boost

Only problem here being that people will not like receiving PMs about fly-ins. They may see it as spamming.

Perhaps another way of advertising fly-ins?
