I hope you will be on favor of the poorest to encourage making HUBs and HQs In the lost sides of the world.

Well yes but I don't know what this has to do with maintenance costs. I also don't think that it should be done through financial incentives. It should be done because if these are truly the "lost" markets if the world then there will be little completion in these markets. Making it easier on those sides of the world.

Cost per flight hour for maintance, outsourced vs not not outsourcing (separated into labour and materials) P8 [b] what's interesting about this is that it shows not outsourcing is cheaper on a per flight hour element[/b]
Engine costs per flight hour (outsourced vs not) (P9)

Includes lots of other nice data later on as well.
