How should slots work? Should there be a limit for how many slots can be bought at an airport? Should slots have a time attached to them?

Perhaps, we could tie this in with the scheduling of flights. I don't really see how it would work with CA-style worlds, but in scheduled AE-like worlds, a slot would have to be purchased for each arrival/departure of the airline.
